A local language model runs entirely on your own hardware: private, offline, and yours. I install and tune it on-site, then hand you the keys. No per-seat fees, no data egress, no third party reading your files.
This is a hands-on, in-person service — not a tutorial and not software you figure out alone. I come to your office, do the install, and leave you with a working system and a written runbook.

I select and install the right open-weight models on your hardware — Mac Studio, Mac mini, GPU PCs, or a small server — tune them for your workload, and verify everything works before I leave.

Private, offline operation
The models run on your network only. Nothing is sent to a cloud API and nothing is rented back to you — the system, the weights, and the configs are all yours.

Walkthrough & documentation
Your team gets a hands-on walkthrough and a written runbook, so the setup keeps working after the visit.
