Terms of service

These are the terms under which RobotNurse (robotnurse.io, contact hello@robotnurse.io) provides local AI setup and consulting services. They keep the arrangement honest on both sides.

What we do

RobotNurse installs and tunes large language models on your own hardware, on-site or, for some follow-up work, remotely. The deliverable is a working local AI system on your machine, plus a handover walkthrough. Anything beyond that is agreed in writing before we start; there are no surprise charges.

Warranties and liability

The work is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the system will meet every use you later imagine for it — we deliver the setup we scoped, tested against what you told us you wanted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobotNurse's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or downtime, even if advised of the possibility. Because your models run on hardware you own and we didn't manufacture, we can't and don't guarantee it.

Scheduling and refunds

Site visits that are scheduled and then cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. If you need to move the appointment and let us know in time, we'll re-book without penalty. Once a visit is scheduled, your spot is reserved with the time we committed — no charge for re-scheduling with notice, none of the site-visit fee returned when you cancel late.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. New York City, New York is the venue for any dispute.
